Shipping & Delivery Policy

To make sure your Red Couch Coffee reaches you at its peak, we ship once a week on Tuesdays. This rhythm allows time to roast, rest, and package your coffee just before it begins its journey to you.

Processing & Delivery:
Orders placed by Sunday evening will ship the following Tuesday. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Carriers:
We partner with USPS and UPS for reliable, nationwide delivery. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way. While we take great care in preparing and shipping your order, please note that delivery times and handling are ultimately in the carrier’s hands once your package leaves our roastery.

Care & Handling:
Each bag of Red Couch Coffee arrives in a resealable zip pouch to help preserve freshness. After each use, gently press the seal closed to keep air out and aroma in. Store the pouch in a cool, dry place — away from direct sunlight and heat — to maintain that just-roasted flavor.
