Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns once it has been opened or used. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order — whether it arrived damaged, incorrect, or not quite what you expected — please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Simply email us at Hello@RedCouchCoffee.com with your order number and a brief note. Our small but dedicated team will personally review your message and work with you to find a solution — whether that means a replacement, refund, or credit toward your next moment of pause.
